Terms and Conditions ("Terms") Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before using the mobile application (the "Service") operated by Saaraccess ("Saaraccess", "we", "us", or "our" where applicable). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service. Purchases When making a purchase through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be required to provide certain information, including but not limited to payment card details, expiration date, billing address, and other relevant data. By submitting such information, you confirm that: (i) you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method; (ii) the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You authorize Saaraccess to share this information with third parties strictly for the purpose of processing your Purchase. Saaraccess reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies The Service and its offerings are subject to continuous updates. However, there may be cases where information such as pricing, availability, or descriptions is inaccurate or outdated. Saaraccess does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information and reserves the right to correct errors or update content at any time without prior notice. Promotions Any contests, sweepstakes, or promotional activities ("Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. In case of any inconsistency between those rules and these Terms, the rules of the specific Promotion shall apply. Subscriptions Certain parts of the Service may be provided on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring schedule ("Billing Cycle"), which may be daily, weekly, or monthly. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that the Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. A valid payment method is required. By providing payment details, you authorize Saaraccess to charge all applicable Subscription fees. If automatic billing cannot be completed, Saaraccess may issue an invoice requiring manual payment within a specified timeframe. Free Trial Saaraccess may, at its sole discretion, provide a free trial for a limited period ("Free Trial"). Access to the Free Trial may require submission of billing information. If billing details are provided, no charges will be applied until the trial period expires. Unless cancelled before the end of the Free Trial, the Subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan and the applicable fees will be charged. Saaraccess reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Free Trial at any time without prior notice. Fee Changes Saaraccess may change Subscription fees at its sole discretion at any time. Any such changes will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. Reasonable notice will be provided prior to any fee changes. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated fees. Refunds All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Any refund requests may be reviewed individually and granted at the sole discretion of Saaraccess. Content The Service may allow users to post, upload, or share content ("Content"). You are solely responsible for the Content you submit, including its legality and compliance with applicable laws. By submitting Content, you grant Saaraccess a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Content within the Service. You retain ownership of your Content and are responsible for protecting your rights. You represent that your Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party. Accounts When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify Saaraccess immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Usernames must not violate any rights or contain offensive or inappropriate language. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content (excluding user Content) remain the exclusive property of Saaraccess and its licensors. The Service is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including those of Hong Kong and other jurisdictions. Third-Party Links The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Saaraccess. Saaraccess assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any external services they access. Termination Saaraccess may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time without prior notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saaraccess and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from the use of the Service. Disclaimer The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Saaraccess does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the Service is free of harmful components. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the user's country of residence. Changes Saaraccess reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided.
